this dish slaps

I was scrolling Woks of Life late at night, as one does, and came across this recipe for clay pot shrimp which I absolutely had to try despite never having had the restaurant version before. Got locally caught prawns the next day at the market, made this (subbed with napa cabbage and shredded black pearl mushrooms) and hooooooooly crap this is a banger meal.
